Creator's Starter Kit - Copyright Special

• Before Intake Form Completion: If a refund is requested after payment but before the client completes the initial intake form, the maximum refund available is the purchase price minus $150.00. This refund is not guaranteed and is subject to our discretion.
• After Work Review: If we have begun reviewing the client's work for copyrightability and preparing the application, the refund will be the purchase price minus $299.00.
• After Copyright Office Filing: Once the copyright application has been submitted to the U.S. Copyright Office, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

By purchasing our copyright services, you authorize our entire firm to handle your copyright registration. Our team includes licensed attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. While Dawn Owens Ross, Esq. is our founding attorney, your application may be assigned to any qualified attorney within our firm.

Ross & Owens Law LLC ("ROR Law"), including Dawn Owens Ross, Esq. and all staff members, provide representation limited to the specific copyright registration service purchased. This service includes:

• Initial consultation regarding copyrightability
• Preparation and filing of the copyright application
• Correspondence with the Copyright Office regarding routine procedural matters
• Delivery of registration certificate upon approval

This engagement does not include:

• Responses to substantive Copyright Office refusals or requests for additional information beyond routine matters
• Copyright infringement analysis or enforcement
• Licensing agreements or assignments
• Litigation services

Services beyond those explicitly listed require separate payment and a new service agreement.

Client must provide:

• Complete and accurate information about the work's creation and authorship
• A copy or deposit of the work as required by Copyright Office regulations
• Timely responses to requests for information (failure to respond within 30 days may result in case closure without refund)

By engaging our services, client represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the copyright or have proper authorization to register the work
